Challenge
The Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games wanted to inspire young people to engage with the Games through an educational campaign that connected schools, teachers and students across multiple digital and physical touchpoints.
My Role
Led the creative direction and experience design for the campaign, developing the creative concept, visual identity and campaign system across digital, social, educational resources, video and print. Worked closely with young contributors, copywriters, animators and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive experience from awareness through to participation.

Outcome
Delivered a national youth engagement campaign to 980k+ young people and 3250 school supporting the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Created a scalable campaign identity used across digital, educational and promotional materials.
Helped schools, teachers and students discover resources and participate in the programme through a connected multi-channel experience.
